Our Purpose Statement

The purpose of the Association in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, shall be:

1. Stimulate and aid the affiliated churches in their basic functions of worshipping, proclaiming, educating, and ministering.
2. Promote Christian fellowship, sound doctrine, and denominational loyalty.
3. Cooperate in a program of missions, evangelism, education, and benevolence within its associational area.
4. Cooperate with the Arkansas Baptist State Convention and the Southern Baptist Convention in their respective programs.

Our Vision

The Ashley County Baptist Association is a family of healthy churches that serve The Lord Jesus Christ together, to fulfil the Great Commission. 

Who are we?

What exactly is the Ashley County Baptist Association?" The answer to this question is simple. We are the Southern Baptist churches of Ashley County, AR working together for the kingdom of God. We do this by working to make our churches healthy, by building relationships between our 25 churches and by connecting with our Ashley County community and beyond. Our ultimate goal is to lead others to Christ and to disciple them into spiritual maturity by mentoring, training, and opportunity for service.
